We have probably the most comprehensive Register of
engineering and technical candidates in the country and in addition
to advertising your vacancies, we would carry out a head-hunt of
our existing large database of candidates who have responded to
our previous advertisements.
We can also search further back into our past but updated database
of candidates when looking for those individuals with particularly
elusive specialist skills. This exercise regularly results in applicants
being brought back onto the job market.
Professional Selection Team
Beechwood's skilled Technical Team will make the selection
process easier for you.
We only forward relevant response, matched against your requirements
by our experienced Technical Selection Team (all are engineering
graduates who have between them over fifty years CV selection experience).
By screening you from the inappropriate response generated by your
particular feature, your time is not wasted looking through CVs
of unsuitable candidates allowing you more time to draw up a shortlist
to interview from the best qualified and experienced candidates.
