SENIOR ENGINEER/ENGINEER - SYSTEM SIMULATION
PERSONAL RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEMS
We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer/Engineer – System Simulation to join a small team working on personal rapid transit systems.
Your role will involve providing simulation of proposed operations and system improvements, developing the system simulator to improve accuracy, ease of use and functionality, as well as providing expertise in the simulation of the system to aid business development, refine customer requirements and informing system design.

Additionally you will develop new functions and features for the product that will improve its ability to accurately model proposed systems for performance assessment and refinement.
You will also provide assessment of new software releases to prove functionality and robustness prior to deployment, work with the engineering team to analyse system problems and enhancements to improve system performance and assist in the design of new systems to meet customer requirements and validate system design proposals.
You will have a good degree in mathematics and/or computer science, and experience in the development of system simulation and/or control systems. You will have a good understanding of mathematical modelling and simulation techniques. Knowledge of quality standards for software development and validation is desirable.
